This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.300 of 2022, arising out of Udala P.S. Case No.106 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Udala for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/325/354/294/506/426/34 of IPC.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the State that during investigation the petitioners have responded to the notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. 5.

As such the ABLAPL has been rendered infructuous as there is no apprehension of arrest and the same is disposed of accordingly.
