This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for appointment as Anganwadi Helper, she was one of the applicants for Kali Kunda Gheri Anganwadi Centre. It is submitted that though the petitioner was eligible in all respect yet ignoring her legitimate claim, opposite party No.5 has been appointed. 4.

Ventilating her grievance the petitioner has submitted a representation to the Sub-Collector, Bhadrak dated 6.12.2021. 5.

On perusal of the same, it is seen that the said grievance petition relates to non-consideration of the petitioner's candidature and in the meanwhile, it submitted that opposite party No.5 has been appointed.

The petitioner seeks leave to approach the Sub-Collectoropposite party No.3 ventilating her grievances afresh relating to selection and appointment of opposite party No.5. 7.

Accordingly, this Court directs that in the event the petitioner makes fresh representation within four weeks from today to theopposite party No.3(Sub-Collector, Bhadrak) the same shall be considered by the said-opposite party no.3 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as opposite party No.5.

Since the order is being passed at the stage of admission, it shall be open to opposite party No.5 to seek variance of the same.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 10.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
