2. For the reasons stated, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The Misc. Case. is allowed.

3. Due to long passage of time and with there being no interim order staying the impugned orders, the appeal has virtually been rendered infructuous. As pointed out by Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Appellant that the proceedings in the Labour Court are at an advance stage.
