This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.180 of 2022, arising out of Banpur P.S. Case No.183 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Chilika for commission of offence punishable under Sections 457/ 294/ 354/ 323/ 307/ 34 of IPC.

Taking into account the allegations as in the FIR which ascribed the overt Act to one Pabitra Ghadei who is admittedly not the petitioner before this Court, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

Additionally, it is directed that Petitioner Nos.1 to 5, 8 and 9 shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in every 15 days. First date of such appearance to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
