1. In view of the affidavit filed by Opposite Party No.2, a copy of which is at Annexure-3 series and the compromise petition signed by the parties, this Court quashes the FIR in connection with Balasore Town P.S. Case No.154 of 2012 corresponding to C.T. Case No.930 of 2012 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Balasore.

2. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of. A copy of this order be sent forthwith to the court concerned.
