This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Vig. G.R. Case No.06 of 2022, arising out of Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.10 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Balangir for commission of offence punishable under Sections 409/467/468/420/120 of IPC and Sections 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(a) of P.C. Act. 4.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in connection with Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.10 of 2022 corresponding to Vig. G.R. Case No.06 of 2022

pending in the Court of Special Judge (Vigilance), Balangir, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further conditions that he will cooperate with the investigation as and when required for the purpose and will not tamper the evidence. The petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 27th June, 2022 in between 10.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation.

Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
