This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.857 of 2022, arising out of Marine P.S. Case No.58 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, Dist- Kendrapara for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/323/294/354/376/313/307/506/34 of IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the anticipatory bail application in respect of Petitioner Nos.1 and 2. Accordingly, the same stands disposed of as not pressed. 5.
Taking into account the nature of allegations and as the Petitioner No.3 is a lady, this Court directs that on surrendering
within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner No.3 shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms. 6.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
