1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to raise all the points in the trial court.
2. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Further, the trial court is requested to expedite the trial of the case and conclude it within a period of six months from today. The interim order dated 28th August 2012 passed in the present application stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the court below forthwith.
