None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 11.10.2022 and also on 26.10.2016. This CRLMC is pending before this Court since 30.8.2016 and in the meanwhile around six years have passed. 3.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstance, especially when no one had appeared today and earlier occasion, it pre-supposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
