This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 251 of 2022, arising out of Itamati P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections- 498 (A)/ 294/323/313/506/34 of the I.P.C, read with Section- 4 of the D.P. Act.

It is borne from the materials on record that there is severance of status by Judgment dtd. 28.03.2014 passed by the
learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Nayagarh in MAT C.S. No. 289 of 2013 between the petitioner No.1 and his spouse. 5.
Taking note of the same and the allegations as level1ed, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
