This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 33 of 2021, arising out of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sonepur for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections498(A)/304-B/306/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section-4 of the D.P. Act.

On perusal of the Final Form which is on record, it is seen that the Charge Sheet has been filed inter alia under Section 306 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that the petitioner is a lady and materials on record vis-à-vis her, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
