Respondents
CORAM:
SHRI JUSTICE B. P. ROUTRAY
ORDER
23.8.2022 Order No.
01.
1.
The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the Appellants. 3.
The mother is the Plaintiff who prayed for eviction of his son and daughter-in-law from the suit house. The basis of claim of the Plaintiff is that the suit property was purchased out of her 'Streedhan'. The defendants - Appellants did not file any W.S. before the trial court. The sale deed is of the year 1979 under Ext.1, a copy of which is produced by Mr. Bose in course of hearing. It reveals from the recitals that the property was purchased out of 'Streedhan' of the Plaintiff.
4.
Having gone through the impugned judgments of the trial court as well as the 1st appellate court that confirms the judgment of the trial court, and upon hearing Mr. Bose, I do not find any substantial question involved in the appeal in favour of the Appellants. Consequently the appeal is dismissed.
5.
The copy of Ext.1 is kept on record.
