This appeal has been filed by the appellants-claimants challenging the order dated 31.07.2003 passed in Misc. Case No.608 of 87 by the learned IInd M.A.C.T., Cuttack. 4.

The accident in question has taken place on 09.05.1987 and the claim application filed in Misc. Case No.608 of 1987 has been dismissed on contest against the Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 5.

Since nobody is there to place this matter, the MACA is dismissed for non-prosecution.
