compromise petition has been filed with an affidavit before the trial Court.

2. Permitting the Petitioner to proceed with the said application in accordance with law, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
