present petition at the appropriate stage before the trial Court, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

2. If a compromise has been reached that will also be brought to the notice of the trial Court.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
