Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Astaranga P.S. Case No. 177 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1001 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Nimapara for commission of the alleged offence under Sections 341/294/323/324/354/307/302/506/34 of the I.P.C. 3.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned t Addl. Sessions Judge, Nimapara, by order dated 0405.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the statement of Kanak Das, one of the injured, who is an eyewitness.

Taking into account such statement, which clearly attribute the role played by the present petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.
