This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to dispose of C.P. No.680 of 2017 at an early date.

Mr. Ojha, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that after filing of the evidence in affidavit on 18th January, 2019 before learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar, the matter has not proceeded further. It is his submission that there is no legal impediment on the part of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to dispose of C.P. No.680 of 2017 at an early date.

On perusal of the order sheet annexed to the writ petition under Annexure-3, it appears that due to noncooperation of the parties, the matter could not be disposed of as yet.

This Court, therefore, disposes of this writ petition with a direction that if parties to the C.P. No.680 of 2017 cooperate,

// 2 // learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar shall do well to make an endeavour for early disposal of the civil proceeding. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
