1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner refers to a report dated 7th July 2012, of a joint inquiry conducted by the District Welfare Officer, Jharsuguda, the Block Development Officer (BDO) Lakhanpur and the Welfare Extension Officer, Lakhanpur, which states that there may not be any theft or malafide intention on the part of the School teacher.

2. It now appears that the investigation is already complete. In these circumstances, the Petitioner is permitted to place the joint inquiry report along with an appropriate application before the trial Court. All other pleas, raised in the present petition are also permitted to be urged before the Court concerned.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of. The interim order passed by this Court is vacated.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Court. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice S. Behera
