This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 10.10.2022.

The petitioners by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. have sought for to quash the order passed on 20.10.2016 by learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in I.C.C. No. 4859 of 2016 by which the learned S.D.J.M. has sent the complaint to I.I.C. Saheed Nagar Police Station U/S. 156(3) of Cr.P.C. for registration of the case. Since the order impugned in this case has been passed way back on 20.10.2016 and especially when no one had appeared today and on the last date for the petitioners at the time of call, this Court feels it proper to dismiss the CRLMC. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
