Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

This Court records the statement of Mr.Pattajoshi, learned counsel for the Petitioners that involving Mutation Appeal No.03 of 2020, there is already service of notice on the Opposite Parties, not only that there is already appearance of Opposite Party- Respondents therein but there has been also order directing the Competent Authority to submit the PWC along with the LCR.

Keeping in view the pendency of Mutation Appeal since 2020 and considering the approach of the Petitioner being innocuous one, this Court disposes the writ petition and directed the Appellate Authority to dispose of the Mutation Appeal No.03 of 2020 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
