Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The matter involves clearing of encroachment against Opposite Party Nos. 5 to 9. This Court records the statement of the Petitioner that there has been also application in this regard pending before the Tahasildar, Baliapal- Opposite Party No.3. In the event of pendency of any such application, the Tahasildar, Baliapal shall do well in undertaking the exercise of clearing the encroachment following the provision of O.P.L.E. Act and also involving the parties likely to be affected particularly Opposite Party Nos. 5 to 9 within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
