The matter is taken up through virtual mode.

Heard Mr. M. Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

It is submitted that in terms of order dated 23rd September, 2021 of this court the Petitioner was examined by the concerned doctor and as per the opinion of the doctor the Petitioner is free from any sort of ailment.

This criminal revision has been filed under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act for bail of the child in conflict with law (CCL) - Jugal Kishore Sahu @ Sana in connection with C.T. Case No.06 of 2017 (POCSO) arising out of Narla P.S. Case No.08 of 2017, now pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act,

Bhawanipatna for alleged commission of offences under Sections 294/354-A/452/302/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Having heard both parties I do not find any reason to differ from earlier order dated 28th January, 2021 passed in CRLREV No.605 of 2019. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. 6.

The CRLREV is dismissed. However, the learned trial court is reminded to take all expeditious steps for early completion of trial, preferably by end of August, 2022.

Copy of this order be communicated to the trial court without delay.
