2. Heard.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to quash the selection (Computer Based Test) to the post of initial appointee (Physical Education Teachers) pursuant to Notification No.33683 dated 23.12.2021 and to conduct the fresh test in fair and transparent manner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of computer based test for the post of Physical Education Teacher scheduled to be held on 04.03.2022. As per the petitioner there was some newspaper report regarding viral CBT answer in mobile phone by some miscreants as a result of

// 2 // which the purity of the examination conducted is lost and the selection process is under cloud.

5. In such view of the matter, they have filed representation before the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha/O.P. No.2 on 11.03.2022 and the said representation is pending before the authority.

6.Considering the submissions made, it is directed that the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha/O.P. No.2 shall consider the representation which is pending since 11.03.2022 and dispose of the same within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

7. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
