Heard Mr. I. A. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J. Katikia, learned Additional Government Advocate.

Mr. I. A. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that when the matter was taken up on 30.06.2020, learned Advocate General of Odisha submitted that if the State would require further PPE Kits before the next date, the opposite parties would consider the petitioner as well for that purpose. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that since the representation under Annexure-8 series is pending, let direction be issued to the authority concerned to consider and dispose of the said representation within a stipulated period.

Considering the contentions raised by learned Counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-8 series, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration the

order dated 30.06.2020 passed by this Court within a period of two months from the date of production/communication of this order.
