This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 30th April, 2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Panposh in G.R. Case No.263 of 2012.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

Prima facie case being made out against the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer made in this petition. 5.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.

Interim order dated 12th October, 2012 stands vacated. 7.
