Heard Mr. S.K Rout, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N. Moharana, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department.

According to Mr. Rout, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the Vigilance Authorities, more particularly, the Inspector in charge of Vigilance Police Station/ Unit, Kendrapara (Opposite Party No.3) in taking appropriate action on his complaint dated 13.01.2022 under Annexure-1 made against alleged corrupt activities of Ex-Head Master of Deuli Primary School under Pattamundai Education circle in the district of Kendrapara. 3.
Mr. Moharana, on instruction submits that Opposite Party No.3 is already on the job and is inquiring into the matter and some more time be needed to complete such inquiry. 4.
Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.3 to complete the inquiry in
accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5.
A free copy of this order be supplied to Mr. Moharana, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department for onward transmission and compliance.
