None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 30.09.2022. The order passed by this Court on 30.09.2022 has not been complied with.

In view of the aforesaid development, especially when no one had appeared today to move the CRLMC, this Court feels it proper to dismiss the CRLMC. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Kishore
