2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Cuttack Mahila P.S. Case No.168 of 2012 corresponding to G.R Case No.1524 of 2012 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. (S), Cuttack.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2012. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.
