Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties No.1 to 4. 3.

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioners seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.4-The District Sub-Registrar, Karanjia for registering their schedule property in favour of the proforma Opposite Party No.5. 4.

It is stated that Petitioners have presented the sale deed, but the Opposite Party No.4-The District Sub-Registrar, Karanjia neither refused nor registered the same.

If that be so, it is directed that the Opposite Party No.4 (the District Sub-Registrar, Karanjia) either to register the sale deed or if the same is impermissible to return the same with the refusal memo along with the reasons of refusal to the executants concerned not later than one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of.
