This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Capital P.S. Case No.295 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2823 of 2012 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar.

Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioners, submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Therefore, he does not want to press this petition. 4.

In such view of the matter, this Criminal Misc. Case stands disposed of as not pressed.
