Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Through the Writ Petition, a serious allegation is made that in spite of appeal order at Annexure-2 in setting aside the order in Mutation Case No.4249/2012 and remitting the matter to the Tahasildar, Chandbali for fresh order in the matter of preparation of Mutation Patta in respect of land, i.e., Khata No.181/223 of MouzaDosinga and in spite of such order being passed in 2018, the Tahasildar is still sitting over the matter.

This Court takes serious note of the allegation herein. However, to avoid further loss of time, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Chandbali, O.P.2 to finalise the direction contained in Annexure-2 involving the
