Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 186 of 2022, arising out of Digapahandi P.S. Case No. 137 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Digapahandi for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-323/324/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the

event the petitioner surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in Digapahandi P.S. Case No. 137 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 186 of 2022 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Digapahandi within three weeks hence and move for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
