This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 13th August, 2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh in C.T. Case No.222 of 2012. 3.

It appears that notice in this case yet to be issued though the case is of the year 2012.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks adjournment of the case.

I am inclined to adjourn the case further, since it is a case of the year 2012.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
