Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The ABLAPL is not pressed in respect of petitioner No.7-Arun Naik, against whom specific overt act is alleged. 4.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL so far as Petitioner No. 7Arun Naik is dismissed as not pressed. 5.

The anticipatory bail application of petitioner no.1Birakishore Das is not entertained, in view of the criminal proclivity of the said petitioner as borne out from the Case Diary.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 252 of 2022, arising out of Nilgiri P.S. Case No. 168 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections341/294/323/325/427/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. 7.

So far as petitioner Nos. 2 to 6 and 8 are concerned, taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner Nos. 2 to 6 and 8 shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
