The petitioner in this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") has prayed for quashing of the order dated 02.04.2012 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Kendrapara in G.R. Case No.645 of 2003 rejecting the prayer for discharge.

As it appears, no interim order in this case has been passed. However, when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for an adjournment of the case. But, considering the fact that this is an year old case wherein the impugned order rejecting prayer for discharge has been challenged, this Court is not inclined to adjourn this matter further. As such, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-

// 2 // prosecution, inasmuch as this matter is pending since 2012 and in the meanwhile near about a decade has been elapsed. 4.
