This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 7006 of 2021, arising out of Sahid Nagar P.S. Case No. 516 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-294/420/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's husband is the principal accused and since he has been released on bail, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and

moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
