This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 3rd December, 2007 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur in G.R. Case No.897 of 2007. 3.
No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call.

As such, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to file appropriate petition during the time of trial to alter the charge, if any offence is not made out against her, since charge in this regard has been framed.
