Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 505 of 2022, arising out of Khallikote P.S. Case No. 217 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-376/109/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that one Dasha Pradhan is the principal accused and the present petitioner is the sister of the principal accused, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks

hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
