2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Rambha P.S. Case No.122 of 2012 corresponding to G.R Case No.361 of 2012 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote.

3. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called. Defects pointed out by the S.R have not yet been removed. This is a case of the year 2012.

4. It appears that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter and have lost interest in the litigation.

5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
