This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No.63 of 2011 corresponding to V.G.R. No.63 of 2011 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.

This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
