This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 402 of 2022, arising out of Balanga P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nimapara for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-498 (A)/341/294/323/364/427/452/494/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is interse dispute between the parties is pending in the Court of the learned Family Court,

Bhubaneswar in C.P. No. 447 of 2022, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
