Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 871 of 2022, arising out of Khandagiri P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-467/468/420/471 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is interse civil litigation between the parties is pending in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Bhubaneswar in C.S. No. 404 of 2018 and

cases under the N.I. Act pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in 1.C.C. No. 1056 of 2020 and the allegation is prima facie is based on documentary evidence, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
