Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Party. 3.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 11th March, 2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Athagarh in S.T. No.3 of 2022 wherein N.B.W. has been issued against him.

Considering the fact that while the Petitioner is in custody in another case, N.B.W.(A) has been issued against him for his non-appearance, this Court quash the impugned

// 2 // order in respect of the Petitioner and direct that Petitioner be continued in the same bail subject to Petitioner appearing in the trial court within fifteen days hence. Failure on the part of the Petitioner to appear before the trial court within the time stipulated, trial court may issue fresh N.B.W.(A) to procure his attendance.

With the aforesaid order, this CRLMC stands disposed of.
