This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. A. Pattnaik, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and also Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties.

Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner may be given liberty to file a fresh representation incorporating all the relevant facts and documents for consideration by the competent authority.

We do not find any impediment to grant such liberty to the Petitioner. Accordingly, the Petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the competent authority in respect of differential amount of minimum wages factored by enhancement of the minimum wages in terms of the office memorandum dated 07.04.1986 and 28.10.1991.

Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel has further submitted that the Petitioner does not want to pursue the present writ petition.

We dispose of the writ petition pursuant to the above prayer and direct the Opposite Parties to consider the representation, if filed, in the proper prospective for reimbursement of the minimum wages and for further enhancement of minimum wages by the State Government. The Opposite Parties shall dispose such representation within a period of six weeks from the day of receipt. 7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
