This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 663 of 2022, arising out of Angul P.S. Case No. 260 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections420/468/471/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and the steps said to have been taken by the parties which is the subject matter and the letter of the District Sub-Registrar, Angul, on the basis of the FIR has been registered, this Court directs that on

surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

It is needless to state here that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and in the event, the Investigating Agency has the opinion that no cooperation from the petitioner, it shall be open for the Investigating Agency to approach this Court for cancellation of the order or seek variance of the order.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
