Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is the second round of litigation. In the first round of litigation in disposal of W.P.(C) No.32036 of 2020, it appears, a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 14.12.2020 disposed of the Writ Petition permitting the Petitioner to file a memo for admission of the R.P. Case and in the event a memo is filed, the authority was directed to fix a date preferably within four weeks for admission of the matter. It is brought to the notice of this Court that even though the matter has been admitted but same has not been disposed of as of now.

Considering the R.P. Case was filed in 2020 and there has been calling for certain report from the Tahasildar, vide Annexure-3,

// 2 // the Petitioner is permitted to file a petition seeking expeditious disposal of R.P. Case No.143/2020 showing ground of urgency. In the event such petition is filed and the matter is ready for hearing, the Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, O.P.2 shall do well in considering the petition of the Petitioner and depending on the showing urgency, order, as appropriate, be passed expediting the hearing of R.P. Case No.143/2020.
