This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 526 of 2021, arising out of Baunsuni P.S. Case No. 165 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-20(a)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the learned Court below shall consider the case of the petitioners on its own merit.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
