Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Opposite Parties under Clause-64 of the Conditions of Contract to seek resolution of the dispute through Arbitration. 3.
Any explanation offered by the Petitioner for the delay in invoking the aforementioned remedy on account of the pendency of the present Petition, will be taken into account in accordance with law by the forum concerned.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The Interim Order passed in the present Writ Petition stands vacated.
