Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and without expressing any opinion on the claim of the petitioners, this writ petition stands disposed of simply directing the Collector, Kendrapara-opposite party no.2 to look into the request of the petitioners vide Anenxure-4 and take decision, as appropriate on the same within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioners. Petitioners if want to strengthen their case, liberty is granted to the petitioners to produce the further documents, if any.
