Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that the petitioners have several criminal antecedent of similar nature. He refers to Patkura P.S. Case No. 127 of 2021, in which all the petitioners have been cited as accused persons. 5.

Taking note of such submissions, this Court is not inclined to exercise its discretion under Section-438 Cr.P.C,

Accordingly the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
